A mentor offers perspective, wisdom, and lived experience that help you grow with confidence and integrity. In this work, you’ll naturally find yourself inspired by many women or people whose presence, skill, or way of being resonates with you. These guiding figures don’t have to be formal mentors, sometimes it’s a conversation, a shared birth, or the way someone holds space that leaves a lasting imprint. Surrounding yourself with those you admire helps you stay grounded, nourished, and connected to the heart of why you do this work
